We were very happy with the service provided by Dwarkesh cabs. We arranged via phone call in London and our driver came with the same car to collect us on time at Jamnagar Airport, with the car that they had shown us on earlier messages when we booked the cab. our journey was comfortable through various places in Gujarat and finally departing from Ahmedabad. The driver was available from morning until late at night and was at our service without any issues with timings, which was a great relief whilst you’re travelling in India. The driver was also familiar with the roads and how to move in and out of traffic. The highlight was when he took us to a crossroad road shack where they served the best Gatya I think it was called teen patya. ~ Hitesh P

This is based on experience on 14th Nov 2024 from Jamnagar to Salaya. Booking request placed over call on same day. Pickup had to be done at around 11PM from railway station and agency was like even if train gets late we will manage. Such a good gesture. Driver and car details were shared much before pickup time, almost 8 hours before. Cab had reached pickup place enough before train arrival. Driver was also very good. Price could have been little on a lower side but considering a late night one way trip, where chances to get a return booking is negligible, it was justified. It was an excellent experience for me. I found the Dwarkesh Cab's number online and it was a pleasant experience - direct and honest. I live in Washington D.C and was visiting Gujrat for the first time. I was little apprehensive and unsure how the visit will be. However, once I provided my information, number of days I needed the cab for and the places I wanted to visit, Govind Bhai ( the cab company owner) provided the quote and it was just right. I had already shopped around infact was on the lower side. He promptly provided me the picture of the car and the driver. The driver Bharat Bhai was very courteous and caring. He was knowledgeable and shared right information regarding hotels, temples, shopping, restaurants etc. No issues at all. Payment time, no issues. Did not even ask for advance. We used their services for one & and a half day. First half day for city travel within Jamnagar and the next day from Jamnagar to Dwarka with three stops in between. Our driver Hitesh Ahir was always on time, drove very patiently, and was soft-spoken. He picked up good speed on highways but in a controlled manner. We needed a small car for within city travel and a large car for inter-city travel and we had booked accordingly. Definitely impressed with your service. Booked a cab from Hirasar Airport to Dwarka. My flight arrived early and i was the airport 2 hours prior to my booking time. Called the center and the driver was actually already at the airport. Courteous man who made time to stop for a cup of tea at 5am for me.
